Next door to the Bakehouse on Plaza Drive, the operation once known as Zingerman's Creamery turns Michigan milk into some of the best fresh cheese and gelato in the state, now under its own name.
The Creamery on Plaza Drive left the Zingerman's Community of Businesses in fall 2025 and now operates independently as Sanilac Creamery, with the same team and recipes. The fromage blanc alone is worth the drive.
